The Holiday home is situated down a quiet private back lane, within easy walking distance to the town with 'Waitrose' at one end of the lane and at the other is the local pub the 'Knaggs Head' which also does nice meals! Just across the road from this is the tree lined common.
Walking distance to all amenities including Great Malvern town, leisure facilities, library, theatre, cinema, parks, cafes and shopping. The house is on the side of the Malvern Hills and has a large sloping drive where you will find plenty of parking space. The entrance is up the side steps, though a gate and via the back garden patio door.

Malvern & Local Attractions
There are many interesting events in and around Malvern, namely the Three Counties Showground with the well known Three Counties Show and many other exhibitions and events which are hosted regularly throughout the year. Malvern Theatres is a short walk away which regularly holds popular shows and plays as well as the cinema. There are other festivals both in Malvern and the surrounding areas throughout the year.
Malvern is an area of natural beauty, the Malvern Hills has amazing views and is ideal for walkers. It is said that 15 counties can be viewed from the summit of Worcestershire Beacon. Malvern is also known for its water and there are still many spring water outlets dotted around Malvern, one just down the lane from the holiday home.
Locally there is Malvern Splash Leisure Centre for the family or for adults Malvern Spa, which offers private spa day treatments, pool and restaurant facilities.
Malvern has two train stations within easy walking distance and it is either a rail ride or short drive to Worcester City, Ledbury, Upton on Severn, Hereford and Gloucester to name a few. Birmingham Airport is approximately 1 hour and twenty minutes away and Birmingham NEC approximately 1 hour by car.
